About  (contact me)

Dr. Napier is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in psychotherapy and personality assessment with adolescents and adults. He specializes in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, which has a long tradition of helping people gain relief from immediate and acute symptoms while gaining a deeper understanding of the underlying causes for these difficulties. In other words, he seeks to understand people as unique individuals without applying generic solutions to their problems.  Dr. Napier also practices psychotherapy that is inclusive of Christian theology and beliefs.
In terms of personality assessment, Dr. Napier utilizes a variety of personality assessment instruments. One service he provides is Therapeutic Assessment, which is the specific use of these instruments in a collaborative manner that involves the client and referring individuals in all stages of the assessment process.  The aim of Therapeutic Assessment is to provide meaningful results that are informative and offer a breakthrough to healing and growth for the client.  Dr. Napier has provided psychological evaluations for family courts and attorneys, mental health professionals, social service agencies, adoption agencies, pastors, churches, parachurch organizations, educational institutions, and employers.
