About (contact me)Dr. Alejandre is a clinical psychology postdoctoral fellow who enjoys psychotherapy and psychological assessment with individuals of all ages. Clinically, Dr. Alejandre enjoys long term therapy, from a psychodynamic lens, to help individuals and couples understand how early life experience shapes ones’ future worldview and relationships. Dr. Alejandre believes that each person has a shadow within them, where they place all that they cannot be, but that in the shadow there are also hidden mountains of gold. She believes that through insight the gold can be brought into the light and realized, aiding individuals to understand themselves and become themselves.
