A Note on COVID-19 from Dallas Therapy Alliance

The COVID-19 pandemic affects all of us. These times are filled with anxiety and fear about:

  • Your health and that of your loved ones
  • Job insecurity
  • Loss of job
  • Loss of income for an indefinite period of time
  • Sheltering-in-Place and how to maintain your sanity
  • Working from home
  • Working from home while your kids need support and schooling at the same time

Sometimes these kinds of crises activate prior feelings of powerlessness, anxiety, fear or anger.

Dallas Therapy Alliance is committed to helping anyone - adult, teen, child, parents and couples
- who needs assistance in coping with these uncertain and scary times.

Currently we are conducting therapy by phone, teletherapy, or in person, based upon our clients' needs.

Please look at our clinicians' links to find a therapist who may be a good fit for you.  Call or email if you have any questions.
